1. Introduction

Welcome to COET, an all-in-one AI-powered application created to help you chat, create, and stay organized. By accessing or using the COET mobile application or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

COET offers a creative and productivity environment that combines AI-powered chat, voice notes with automatic transcription, AI image generation and editing, note rewriting, and other tools — all within a single application. The Service may include experimental features and beta releases that are subject to change.

4. Account Eligibility and Security

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to create a COET account. For users in the European Union, you must be at least 16 years old unless a lower age is allowed by local law. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate, up-to-date account information.
Keeping your credentials confidential.
Controlling access to your devices.
Letting us know promptly at car.ai.contacto@gmail.com about any unauthorized use or security breach.

5. User Inputs and Generated Content

5.1 Your Inputs

You keep all rights to text, audio, photographs, and other materials you upload to the Service ("Inputs"). By submitting Inputs, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to host, process, reproduce, and display the Inputs solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service.

5.2 AI-Generated Outputs

Content produced by the Service ("Outputs") — including transcriptions, chat responses, rewritten text, and generated images — may be shaped by training data, model limitations, and your instructions. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, we assign to you any rights we may hold in the Outputs. You are solely responsible for making sure the Outputs and your use of them comply with all applicable laws, third-party rights, and platform policies.

5.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that:

Infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
Contains sexual content involving minors or other exploitative material.
Encourages violence, harassment, self-harm, or illegal activity.
Presents medical, financial, or legal advice as though it were professional guidance.
Tries to bypass safety systems, rate limits, or usage restrictions.

We may review or remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our usage guidelines.

6. Credits, Billing, and Refunds

6.1 Pricing and Credits

COET uses a credit-based system for AI-powered features. Credits are consumed when you use capabilities such as chat, transcription, image generation, and text rewriting. Credit costs vary by feature and are displayed before each action.

6.2 App Store Purchases

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are billed by Apple and governed by Apple's terms and conditions. Unless otherwise noted, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, and payment is charged to the payment method on file.

6.3 Refunds

Refund requests are assessed individually. For purchases made through the Apple App Store, you must request refunds directly from Apple. For any other billing questions, contact us at car.ai.contacto@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge, including your account email and reason for the request.

7. Trials, Credits, and Usage Limits

We may offer promotional trials, bonus credits, or beta features with usage caps. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw these benefits at any time. Credits and trial access carry no cash value and expire as stated in the offer.

8. Data Practices

How we collect, use, and share personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the practices outlined there.

9. Service Availability, Updates, and Support

We strive to keep COET running reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen outages may occur. We may release updates or changes that alter how features work; some updates may be required to continue using the Service. Support is available at car.ai.contacto@gmail.com.

10. Intellectual Property

COET, including its software, models, visual identity, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights, title, and interest in the Service. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or model weights, nor may you remove proprietary notices.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
Follow all applicable laws, including export controls and sanctions.
Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Not misrepresent Outputs as human-created when disclosure is required by law or platform policies.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE ACCURATE, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND ITS OUTPUTS.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE AND OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THAT PERIOD.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your Inputs, Outputs, or breach of these Terms.

15. Account Deletion and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, legal requirements, or usage policies. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including Sections 5, 10, 12, 13, and 14.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in technology, regulations, or our service. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email, in-app message, or by posting an update on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the Service.
